01 / Get to know the route
The RUN of FAME is the longest connected ski circuit in the Alps. Ski Arlberg describes an 85 km tour over the Arlberg, Flexen and Hochtannberg passes with 18,000 vertical metres, from St. Anton/Rendl via Stuben, Zürs and Lech to Warth and back. It can be skied in both directions; the northern route, signposted in purple, runs from St. Anton to Warth.
The official route map lists 13 lifts for the northern route. It starts at the mountain station of the Riffelbahn II at the Riffelscharte with the ungroomed, extreme ski route 16. Skiers who want to take it a little easier can start at the Riffelbahn I. The route finishes at the Dorfbahn valley station in Warth.

05 / Tips
Ski Arlberg warns that after the closing time of the connecting cable cars you can no longer return on skis. The 2025/26 route map listed the last trip of the Auenfeldjet at 16:00 and of the Flexenbahn at 16:05 or 16:10; check the current operating hours.
The road between Lech and Warth is closed in winter. The official route map suggests public transport: the train to St. Anton in the morning and the bus from Warth back to Dornbirn in the evening, which is charged separately.
With the Ski Arlberg app you can record the three checkpoints during a season: St. Anton (Riffelbahn I or II), the HALL of FAME in Zürs and Warth (Dorfbahn). The reward is a badge for your ski pole in the HALL of FAME.
